It’s windy, chilly, and BEAUTIFUL outside the studio tonight. I had a day full of last minute sessions - folks needing support with the heaviness of things, folks finding that now was the right moment to release some deep muscular tension, and more than a couple folks needing a safe place to cry - all things that are to be expected on full moons. Tonight, celebrate big releases, big transitions, and big emotions. Take care of yourself, and if you need some help with that, let me take care of you. ❤️
