Katy's Strengthen and Soothe workshop for lower back is tomorrow! This is for folks who are looking for ways to ease chronic pain & discomfort in their bodies. 9:30-10:45 for all who are interested! $25.00

Carly's Community Acupuncture meets today from 3:00-5:00 pm. Register online or email Carly to make an acupuncture reservation. Drop ins are welcome as well! Support the community by bringing a non-perishable food item for the YCAN food pantry. See you there.

Thursday, Carly will be offering her Community Acupuncture from 3:00-5:00 pm. Bring a non-perishable food item or a monetary contribution. All proceeds go to Yarmouth Cares About Neighbors food pantry. Drop-ins are welcome or register online for a relaxing acupuncture session!

Katy offers her Strengthen and Soothe try-it-out Workshops for lower back on Sunday, November 23 9:30-10:45 and for shoulders on December 14 9:30-10:45 $25.00 per workshop or $45.00 for both! Come join her and get a feel for her upcoming series coming in January.

Carly of Yarmouth Acupuncture holds her fourth Community Acupuncture in alliance with Yarmouth Cares about Neighbors food pantry. (See our separate post about that!) Katy begins her cool Strengthen and Soothe try-it-out Workshops starting Sunday, November 23: 9:30-10:45 (This one will focus on lower back.) (See our separate post on that!)

Michael's and Kelli's are the same , but Michelle is offering a new series starting Thursdays where she introduces a different yoga style per week: Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini and Yoga Nidra.
