Meet Marissa Campbell, MS, RD, LD, our newest addition to the New Roots team!

As a Registered Dietitian, I am focused on helping individuals move toward a life free of food and body obsession. I feel passionately about getting to know you, meeting you where you are at and working as your teammate in your recovery from disordered eating or an eating disorder. My own relationship with food was most challenging in middle school. I was sucked in by comparison and food and exercise started to feel complicated in ways it hadn’t before. With some support, I was able to work through my challenges.

With all the noise in our culture around food, nutrition, and movement, I want to help you shift from harmful external influences to powerful internal influences to help you re-establish trust in your body.

I value the opportunity to work with and empower you in breaking up with diet culture and finding a life of food freedom and body peace. I look forward to the chance to create a safe space to explore and understand your individual goals and reassure you that you do not have to do this on your own. Using evidence-based information, I am here to help debunk myths, answer questions, and support you in what serves you as an individual in living your best life!

Marissa is accepting new clients and is in-network with most major insurance companies! Reach out to schedule:
