You have stretched your QL 12 different ways.
You have done the proper core work, changed your breath.
And still, the QL is being a pain in the back.
If you think you are doomed for the rest of your life to live with a QL issue, I want to tell you that does not have to be your outcome.
What you need to know is that your QL is a Superhero of compensation.
When you have poor hip function it will swoop into compensate, same for sticky shoulder blades and/or a braced rib cage.
This is a big reason why all that you have tried works for a short time but is not sustainable.
You can "core stabilize" and "child pose" your way to relief, but until you actually get to the "thing that is really the thing" - yes, THAT thing - which your QL is compensating for, your relief won't last.
Your work won't be regenerative.
And so you will cycle around - relief, strain, relief, strain, relief, strain.
If you are ready to get off that merry-go-around of symptom management, there is another way.
But.
It will require something of you . . .
** It will require you to slow down.
** To pay attention in a new way.
** To view your body and mind in a new way.
** It will ask you to be curious.
** To trust.
** To see your body as your friend.
And above all, it will require you to tap into the innate intelligence that is already in you.
