There are moments when you walk into a space and you can feel what it holds.

Today I had the opportunity to walk through the Barnstable Comedy Club with a friend… such a beautiful old theater with so much character.

As we moved through, I could feel different energies within the space.

The first was a kind, tender, older man. His energy felt so connected to children, to care, to goodness… it honestly brought tears to my eyes.

Then another man came through and showed me a prop that felt connected to him, something that had made its way into the collection and still held his presence.

And in another area, I could feel where there had been an altercation… like the energy of that moment was still there.

And then… there’s me in a silly fruit prop hat 🍍
which somehow felt like the perfect balance to it all ~ light, playful, and human.

It was such a reminder to me that spaces really do hold memory, energy, and story.

It was during a time of deep spiritual awakening and something in me simply knew I needed to be there.

That one class opened a door that has shaped my entire life.

Reiki has a beautiful way of encouraging us to grow, heal, and awaken in our own timing. Over the years I’ve watched my life unfold in ways I never could have imagined, guided by this practice and the awareness it brings.

Now it is truly an honor to share this work with others.

Reiki is a gentle and powerful healing practice that works with universal life force energy to support relaxation, clarity, balance, and overall wellbeing.

A little personal note about how Reiki came into my life. When I first attended Reiki training, I had never even received a Reiki session myself. I came to it during a time of deep spiritual awakening and simply felt called to learn more about energy and healing.

What unfolded from that single class has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life. Reiki has a beautiful way of encouraging us to grow, develop, and heal in our own time. Over the years I have watched my life gently unfold in ways I never could have predicted, guided by this practice and the awareness it brings.

It is truly an honor to now share this work with others.

During this training you will:

✨ Receive the Reiki Level I attunement
✨ Learn the history and foundations of Reiki
✨ Practice self healing techniques

There is something incredibly special about witnessing someone step more deeply into their path. ✨

This weekend I had the honor of guiding four practitioners through their next steps in Reiki. Three stepping into Reiki Level Two and another stepping fully into the Reiki Master path.

Days like this are some of my absolute favorites. The room fills with presence, curiosity, openness, and such a deep level of care for the work. The conversations are meaningful, the energy is powerful, and the learning becomes something we all share together. It was truly a lovely, deep day of connection, practice, and expansion.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible volunteers, human and animal, who offered their time and presence to support the training.

These experiences would not be the same without you.

There are moments in this work that stay with me long after a session ends.

To be invited into someone’s healing journey ~ especially during tender or uncertain times ~ is something I never take lightly.

Whether someone comes for Reiki, massage therapy, energy healing, breathwork, sound, or intuitive guidance, my intention is always the same: to create a space where the body can soften, the nervous system can settle, and people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

I wanted to reach out and share a couple opportunities to gather, practice, and deepen our Reiki work together over the coming days.

First, we have our monthly practitioner gathering coming up.

✨ Energy Practitioner Share
Tuesday, March 10
6:00–8:00 PM
Liz Holcomb Massage & Wellness

This evening is a chance to refill your own cup while spending time with others who walk a similar path. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation, move into an energy circle, and then share Reiki so each practitioner has the opportunity to both give and receive.

These evenings are always nourishing and supportive ~ a beautiful way to stay connected to your practice and to community.

I also wanted to let you know that this weekend’s Reiki trainings are happening!

✨ Reiki Level II Training
Saturday & Sunday • March 14 & 15
9:00 AM–1:00 PM each day

✨ Reiki Master Practitioner Training
Saturday & Sunday • March 14 & 15
2:00–6:00 PM each day

There is one spot remaining in each training.

Reiki Level II deepens your ability to work with the symbols, distance healing, and intuitive awareness. The Master Practitioner training continues expanding your relationship with Reiki and your capacity to work with energy in a more refined and embodied way. It's so powerful, personally and professionally. We will work long distance with people and an animal! LMK if you are interested!

Reiki Master attunes you to the level three symbol which takes you into releasing cords, attachments, patterns etc. You learn to self attune as well! It is deep and so exciting.

Both trainings are held at Liz Holcomb Massage & Wellness in South Yarmouth.

If you have been feeling the nudge to continue your Reiki journey, this may be the moment.
