Amanda Murphy, a registered nurse, developed Wellness Paths to help people improve their health by providing the necessary tools, information, and inspiration. Wellness Paths is a unique service which offers education in and the experience of healthy, holistic alternatives which can complement conventional health care. Options include health and wellness coaching, workshops and retreats, and bodywork with aromatherapy and complementary health review. Unlike the conventional healthcare model where you are frequently told what you must do, Wellness Paths encourages you to find your own path to improved health. By promoting and respecting individual choice, sustainable wellness practices can be developed . Whether currently in good health or experiencing health challenges, health education and stress reduction are vitally important to well-being. Your practitioner is certified in Holistic Nursing, Whole Health® Education and Coaching, Empowerment Training, and Stress Management including massage like bodywork and Clinical Aromatherapy. Hours for bodywork or health and wellness coaching are by appointment. Customized wellness workshops available for your group.
