We are proud to spotlight Tiffany Penn, MSN APRN AGNP-C, an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner here at Providence Rehab!

With over two decades of experience in healthcare and a strong focus on adult health and geriatrics, Tiffany delivers compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting the clinical leadership of our Medical Director, Dr. Hamid, and Internist, Dr. Sharma.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and earned her Post Master's Certificate as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University. Her advanced training, clinical expertise, and commitment to lifelong learning allow her to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to the patients we serve.

We are proud to welcome our new Subacute Medical Director, Dr. Mrunal Sharma, here at Providence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center!

Dr. Sharma is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Hospital Medicine Physician with over a decade of experience. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center.

Dr. Sharma has been recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as a Top Doctor for both 2024 and 2025, and we are excited to have his expertise supporting exceptional care for our residents and patients.
