“Everyone at Providence was so kind and caring. I truly enjoyed my time here, but it feels good to be heading back home! I feel like I’ve made real progress, and I’m grateful for the excellent therapy—especially the exercises, which I actually enjoyed.

Proud to have physician leaders here at Providence!

Dr. Sumit Patel is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and brings over a decade of experience in leading and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Most recently, he served as an Inpatient & Consult Attending Physician at Crozer Health System, overseeing the medical rehabilitation of patients recovering from orthopedic, traumatic, and neurologic injuries. Prior to that, he served as Medical Director at St. Luke’s Health System, overseeing both the clinical and administrative aspects of inpatient rehabilitation.

We’re excited to have Dr. Patel’s clinical expertise and leadership join our efforts in delivering exceptional, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
