Stoney Creek Garden Center on August 17th at 1:30 pm will have Lauren Craig show casing one of her Fabulous Classes. 💚💚💚

Permaculture designer and local homesteader, Lauren Craig, will share insight on how to grow a vegetable garden throughout the fall and winter months in our grow zone (zone 6). She'll share lists of what can be grown as well as straightforward plans on how to construct a hoop house with basic materials, no construction experience and in any size space, to grow food year-round! Additionally, she'll discuss the how's, why's, and when's of using cover crops in your garden and will hopefully ease your mind with her carefree strategies on how to grow your own food with very little time to spare. Lauren's Annual Garden Design book is included in the class, so you'll walk away with detailed plans + raised bed designs for growing food year-round; with 4 designs for spring + summer and 4 designs for fall + winter, so you can immediately implement what's discussed, should you like!

We Have Tea!!!!!💚💚💚

Loose-leaf tea is an aromatic, visual, and flavor experience. Each time I create, or discover, a new blend of tea, I allow the bits and pieces of plant material to captivate all the senses. The color of rose buds, calendula petals, lemongrass pieces, or green tea leaves make the first impression in the art of tea. Tea is most definitely good for you and can help you in your wellness objectives. Herbals can be formulated to benefit the body, mind, and spirit. And, if included in a recipe, green tea is low in caffeine.

In addition to all of these wonderful attributes, tea also connects you to the Earth, brings you closer to nature, and shares its secrets with you during each aromatic sip.
