When we're saying we dislike someone, or hate them it's important to realize that it isn't the person that we are disliking or hating ... it is their choice in what they're doing or saying.

If they were to change their actions you might not be so against that person, so dear one, realize it has nothing to do with the person at all, it is not them that you dislike or hate ... is what they are doing or saying. And everyone grows, and learns to make better and better choices,

Leave your heart open to Love, because when you don't unhappiness finds you.
