Blu Room and measurement with HRV
This is Luca Mambelli, a champion kettlebell athlete. He uses the Blu Room during intensive pre-competition training and for post-competition recovery. He feels the benefit at the muscular level, relieving stress and increasing stamina and energy available and recovering from muscle and heart strain.
We are pleased to share what he noticed with the HRV* measured in the morning following intensive training. In normalcy, recovery is about 80%, measured, again in the morning, but after doing the Bluroom session the night before, recovery is 100%! It is a confirmation to the well-being you feel both physically and mentally.
The Blu Room works by facilitating the discharge of stress on a physical, emotional and mental level. It increases the energy at one's disposal and brings the person into his or her concentration potential, what athletes call “the zone.”
Muscularly, the Blu Room contributes to the release of tension, improves circulation by facilitating the disposal of lactic acid, speeds up regeneration systems from minor traumas and injuries.
*What is HRV : (Heart Rate Variability) means "heart rate variability" and measures changes in the times between heartbeats. This variation is an indicator of the health of the autonomic nervous system and its ability to respond to stimuli.
HRV is an indicator of the health of the autonomic nervous system, which regulates involuntary functions such as heart rate, respiration and digestion. A high HRV value indicates a balanced autonomic nervous system and good adaptability to stress, while a low value may indicate fatigue, chronic stress, or disorders.
HRV monitoring can be used to:
Manage stress: Identify periods of prolonged stress and monitor the body's response.
Optimize performance: Help athletes plan workouts and monitor recovery.
Prevent burnout: In the corporate environment, monitoring HRV can help prevent situations of work overload.
Support mental health: Low HRV is associated with disorders such as anxiety and depression.
🙌The Blu Room helps in all these situations.

BluRoom e misurazione con HRV
