Yep. The Blu Room Wellness Center has added red light therapy to Bluroom sessions! My first session adding the red light yesterday was amazing. I always love my bluroom sessions, but it added an extra layer of relaxation, and warmth to be honest lol. We all know how I love the cold. 🥶 A lot of my friends asked me what’s so different about the bluroom and why I go there. ⬇️ Here’s why. ⬇️
