We are seeking Critical Care Paramedics who are interested in a new and exciting challenge! This is for our brand new project in Lovelock, NV.

The schedule will be 7 on, 7 off, with on-site housing provided. We are anticipating a January 1st start date. Salary is $100,000/year. The company will also pay all necessary travel expenses to the place of work.

This morning, Medevac 1 and Air 12 responded to an auto accident near Bridgeport. We were able to secure rapid transport for a total of 3 patients this morning, with Air 12 returning to the scene in the afternoon. Thank you to all involved!

This morning, two of our off duty crew members witnessed and assisted with an accident in Yerington while on their drive to work. Due to the nature of the incident, the crew they were supposed to be relieving at Medevac 1 responded to the scene and provided rapid transport to the trauma center. Thank you to all agencies involved for helping to ensure timely care for all scene!

Air 12 on scene with East Fork Fire Protection District near Topaz Lake this morning. Thanks to a quick activation by units en route, Air 12 arrived first on scene! We are grateful for all of our partners in patient care in the region.

Recently, Air 12 held a training with Clear Creek Tahoe's security team. Due to the location of this community, air resources are often utilized to transport critically injured patients. While on site, we were able to establish a designated LZ to utilize when urgent needs arise. Thank you so much for having us out and for the great training!

Huge thank you to the Nevada State Fire Marshal and all our partnering agencies for the invite to yesterday’s Public Safety Day in Yerington! It was awesome getting to land both Medevac 1 and Air 12 right on Main Street and give the public and fellow responders a close-up look at the helicopters. Truly grateful to be part of this incredible community and to work alongside such great local partners.
