So true, right? Sometimes I get so busy during the day that I totally forget to take those precious 30 minutes for myself in the morning.

And you know what? It's a total mess when that happens. I can't get much done, I get frustrated, and I definitely don't feel in the zone.

Taking care of ourselves is super important for our mental and physical well-being, and we really have to make a deliberate effort to establish a routine. So, even though I got distracted by a phone call, I'm gonna pause, center myself, and meditate. Happy Hump Day!

I’ve been practicing this thing called the Art of Allowing. It basically means that instead of focusing on what's real or just stating things as they are, we focus on the thoughts that make us feel good.

Telling it like it is only holds you where IT is: “Damn it, I’m going to tell it like it is. I’m going to tell it like it is, because everybody wants me to tell it like it is.”

But telling it LIKE IT IS is what keeps us stuck. If we actually like things the way they are, then sure, tell it like it is. But what if we don't like things as they are?

Then we should start telling it how we want it to be instead. The more we focus on that, the more we'll actually start to feel like it's possible. And before we know it, it'll be just the way we want it to be.

Do you struggle with creative blocks or distractions that hinder your productivity? You're not alone. Countless people face these challenges, which can be frustrating when you feel like you’re not making progress. But what if there's a simple solution to increase your creativity and productivity? Sound healing, which takes only a few minutes, might be the answer you're seeking.

For centuries, sound healing has been utilized to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This powerful tool uses different sound vibrations to balance and harmonize the body and mind. Did you know that sound healing can also enhance your creativity and productivity?

By incorporating sound healing into your daily routine can significantly enhance your creativity and productivity. Here’s some ways to get your daily dose of “sound” therapy:

* Utilize Binaural Beats: Listen to binaural beats or other sound frequencies while working or taking a break. Binaural beats are created by playing two different tones at slightly different frequencies in each ear, which produces a third frequency in the brain that can promote relaxation, focus, and creativity. (Look on YouTube for samples of Binaural Beats, and listen with your headphones on!)

* Attend a Sound Bath or Sound Meditation: Sound baths involve lying down while a practitioner plays various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and gongs, creating a deep and immersive sound experience. Have you ever searched for meditation music on YouTube? If you have, you've probably come across a ton of 432hz sound healing music, right? But check it out, we're starting a new year and a new Age of Aquarius, and there's a new healing sound taking over - 528hz!

Wait a minute, if you're like most folks and don't really get the whole 432 hertz thing, how are you supposed to understand 528hz? Well, it's actually pretty simple. First, let's nerd out a bit and talk about what "Hertz" means.

Basically, Hertz is a measurement of repeating patterns, and when we're talking about sound waves, it represents the frequency at which air molecules are vibrating. So, a sound wave of 528 hertz means that air molecules are moving back and forth at a rate of 528 vibrations per second.

Now, here's where it gets interesting. In western music, that 528 hz tone would be considered a high "C" note. But the thing is, "C" isn't just one specific frequency, it's actually a range of frequencies that are higher than a B and lower than a C-sharp. It's kind of like the color purple, which is a range of shades between red and blue.

Our ears are really sensitive to subtle tonal differences, which is why we can always tell when someone's just a little bit off-key when they're singing. Most modern music is based on a conventional tuning where everyone agrees that 440 hz is an A-note in the 4th octave, and a high C note is 523 hertz in this tuning.

But what if we agreed that an A4 note is 444 hz instead of 440hz? This would mean that our high C note would be at 528 hertz - which is what 528hz music is all about.

So, what does this all mean? Basically, when you listen to 528hz music, you're hearing music that's tuned up to a slightly higher frequency than what you're used to hearing with conventional tuning. This means that the music will sound a little bit brighter and clearer.

And get this - a high C-note in the 528 hz range is in a higher octave than what we're used to hearing from most crystal bowls. This means that it will create a different sensation in your body and mind compared to other types of music.

And one more cool thing - without getting into all the details, history and validity of healing claims associated with the Solfeggio Scale, is that the 528 hz tone happens to be a specific frequency in that scale, and it's called "Mi", which means "Resounding the Wonders". Pretty awesome, right?

Anyway, I love the idea that the Aquarian Age is bringing a higher vibration to humanity. Who doesn't want a brighter tone of discourse than what we've been hearing lately?
