For anyone interested in our trauma and PTSD CBT group please check out our below to learn more. Members will learn core that include . This group is open to residents of NY only.
This flyer is for our virtual trauma and PTSD group. In this group members will learn the core CBT skills. Members will learn how to identify the signs of trauma and PTSD, common cognitive distortions, emotion regulation, positive coping strategies, and grounding techniques. This is open to residents of NY only. Each group session is $40. A superbill will be provided for insurance reimbursement if needed. For more information please email info@bloomtherapy.online.
