And just like that…. Today marks our 1 year Anniversary at our Pediatric Office - 530 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers New York - Westchester Location! So much growth has happened!! and more importantly, so many people have stood by us and helped us grow!!! I am just very humbled to be in this journey with amazing people around me. You guys know who you are. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
I love you to pieces, and thank you for giving me a chance and just believing in my crazy thoughts, dreams and ideas. 🙏🙏🙏
Few major things resonated this past year as we built this practice from ground up:
1. Help people
2. Nobody beats work ethic
3. If you are given an opportunity to get on a rocketship, get on it and figure out the specifics later
4. The people you choose to surround yourself with is very important. Even kings have advisers.
5. There’s one characteristic that you can never prejudge anyone - Hunger.
6. If your why is big enough the how doesn’t matter
7. Always do more than what is expected
8. If you don’t start building your dream, someone will pay you to build theirs
9. Give it your all. Everyday.
10. Have faith and keep on keeping on!

For kids, yoga is very different from what it is for adults. While many are used to a quiet, calming, hour-long class, children cannot sit still for very long. Yoga can be done through storytelling, singing songs, dancing, playing games, and even watching yoga on TV.

Our beloved little ones test our nerves because they're testing boundaries all around them. Every day, little by little, they're mastering new skills, and are anxious and excited to use them.
