After 43 remarkable years of service, Dean Harlam, MD, was honored with a retirement celebration 🎉 surrounded by colleagues and friends at St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester. To commemorate his lasting impact, a tree 🌳 was planted and a plaque was placed in his honor.

St. Vincent’s and Saint Joseph’s Medical Center extend our heartfelt thanks and warmest wishes to Dr. Harlam as he embarks on this new chapter. His legacy will continue to grow just like the tree planted in his name.

We’re honored to be featured in the Journal News for our new Intensive Crisis Residence—The Paul Residence—at St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester. This first-of-its-kind program in New York State is helping to bridge the gap in mental health care by offering short-term, community-based support for adults in crisis.

Thank you to Westfair Business Journal for helping to share our success from the Annual Spring Sprint Run at St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester, a division of Saint Joseph's Medical Center.

More than 400 people laced up their sneakers for the 16th Annual Spring Sprint on May 3, raising $76,000 to support mental health and addiction recovery services. Since the event began in 2010, it has raised nearly $1 million to help individuals on the path to healing. 💙

Hosted by the St. Vincent’s Hospital Auxiliary, the Spring Sprint benefits the comprehensive services offered by St. Vincent’s Hospital Westchester—including inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment, mobile crisis support, residential care for over 1,200 individuals, and opioid treatment centers in Westchester County and NYC.

📚✨ A wonderful day at the Saint Joseph's Family Health Center!

Pre-school children and their families joined us for a fun-filled event featuring story time, coloring, crafts, and more. Through the generosity of Reach Out and Read of Greater NY and Deloitte, we transformed the waiting area into a bright, welcoming space equipped with a new children’s table and chairs, wall decals, and goodie bags for every child.

Volunteers read aloud to the children and helped create a joyful, engaging environment that supports early literacy and family connection.

📖 Through Reach Out and Read, families receive a free, age-appropriate book at well-child visit from birth to age five—helping build strong home libraries and a lifelong love of reading.

🌟 A Day of Golf and Gratitude! ⛳

We had a fantastic time at our annual Golf Outing fundraiser at the beautiful Fenway Golf Club! A heartfelt thank you to the hundreds of supporters who joined us for a day of golf, gourmet meals, and great company.

Funds raised will support patient care at Saint Joseph's Medical Center. We also enjoyed perfect weather, adding to the joy of the event!

We can’t wait to see everyone again next year! 🏌
