Join us next week for our annual Menorah 🕎 and Tree 🎄 Lighting events, both of which will be held virtually! 💻📱

The Menorah Lighting will take place at 4PM on December 1st, where we will be joined by Rabbi Hurwitz, and the Tree Lighting will take place the following day, December 2nd, at 5:30PM.

Executives from Simone Development Companies today joined with Yonkers City officials and executives from Fresh & Co. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the Grand Opening of the new Fresh & Co. location at the Boyce Thompson Center in The City of Yonkers.

Fresh & Co., a healthy food chain offering chef-inspired organic seasonal food, is occupying 2,160 square feet in the innovative 85,000-square-foot mixed-use center in Northwest Yonkers. This is the company’s first location outside of New York City where it has 18 locations. Founded in 2010, Fresh & Co. is a destination for people that want a healthy meal…fast. Fresh & Co. offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options that include homemade items such as, salads, soups, sandwiches, and quinoa bowls.
