Have you had your complimentary fitness assessment yet with us? Or are you unsure what it is??

The Fitness Assessment entails a 60 minute one on one session with our Fitness Manager. The Fitness Manager will go over goals, injuries, and get you on the InBody hospitalized grade scale. The InBody will calculate your BMI, BODY FAT %, and skeletal muscle mass. The Fitness Manager will then take you on the floor to go over form, movement, strength, range of motion, and flexibility. This will help us know your starting points and what you would need to improve on. All you need to do is be a member to receive your complimentary fitness assessment!
