Stop buying shoes without doing this first! 👟
Dr. Berdj Stepanian says most people develop foot calluses simply because their shoes don’t fit properly… especially when shopping online or at big box stores.

👉 His tip: Always get measured at a “sit and fit” store where staff properly measure your feet and help fit your shoes. This one step can seriously reduce painful calluses and other foot issues.
