*Make time for regular chiropractic adjustments. Chiropractic adjustments boost your child’s immune system by ensuring the nervous system is functioning optimally.
*Find creative ways to include fruits and vegetables in the diet. Smoothies are a great and convenient way to sneak greens like spinach or healthy fats like avocado into a meal.
*Cut out screen time at least 2 hours before bed allowing the body and mind to wind down naturally for deeper rest.
*Ensure backpacks are worn properly. Evenly distribute the weight on both shoulders and tighten straps so backpack fits snug to the body, sitting just above the waist.
