A beginner's mind is one of the greatest applications of wisdom. Beginners must watch, read, listen and practice, and eventually they become experienced practitioners who continue to watch, read, listen and practice.

Human beings don’t conform to cookie-cutter genetics. No single set of alignment principles applies to everyone. It just doesn’t.

Today I had the joy of offering a sound bath to the incredible teachers at in Chino Hills. 💛 💫

This was but a small way of saying thank you for the heart, patience, and dedication they pour into their work every single day.

I’m grateful for the chance to create for them some time for rest, recalibration, and calm.

I've joined the American Yoga Council as a Certified Yoga Teacher, Level 3. My profile is now active, and I'll be adding my credentials and more workshops over the coming months. I'm excited about what this organization is offering career yoga educators like myself, including free membership for yoga students. If you've studied yoga or meditation with me, I highly recommend checking it out.

My last Enso Reiki level 1 class of the year will be on Sat. Dec. 13th and Sat. Jan. 3rd from 1-4pm. If you would like to bring the art of reiki into the new year with you, registration is open until Dec. 10th.
