When: Saturday, Oct. 18 from 2:30-5:30pm

What to expect: You'll get structured quiet where you'll engage in four ways to meditate: sitting, walking, standing, and lying down. You'll receive grounding practices, focus periods, gentle stretches, a tea break, and a soothing sound bath with essential oils to integrate you with your meditation practice.

Energy exchange: $88, although no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

What to bring: Dressing in light layers is recommended as the temperature inside may vary somewhat depending on the weather. We have chairs, cushions, and mats for comfort.
