Let's outsmart allergy season naturally.
Essential oils have profound effects on the body! There are far too many supportive oils for us to cover in a single post, but here are some of our favorites this allergy season:
- Reduce inflammation in nasal passages & sinuses – eucalyptus (Kehrl et al. 2004), balsam fir (Salehi et al. 2019)
