As the seasons shift and spring begins to unfold, we return to one of the most grounding and nurturing shapes in our practice: Infant’s Pose 🌱
In this gentle posture, we fold inward—resting, softening, and reconnecting with the breath. Infant’s Pose invites stillness, surrender, and a sense of safety. It reminds us that growth doesn’t always come from pushing forward, but from pausing, listening, and allowing space for renewal.
Just like early spring, this pose is a quiet beginning. Beneath the surface, something new is awakening. 🌼
Take a moment today to slow down, turn inward, and honor where you are. Growth will meet you there.
