Hi, I’m Lauren 👋🏻

I’m a 37-year-old gal who recently moved to York, Maine with my soon-to-be hubby, our dog Sox, and our cat Mo…while still commuting into Boston to work as an RN at , and sharing sound healing + Reiki with those seeking a little more stillness and nervous system regulation.

I’m an (almost) 10 (!!) year cancer survivor and continue to heal from a decade filled with intensity, uncertainty, and deep transformation.

I’m loud, silly, and sometimes intense, but man do I love making people laugh.

I’m passionate AF about the things I care about, and I absolutely LOVE to teach. My students and clients tend to become friends…and I love nothing more than watching them soar.

I’m also a human…trying to stay grounded and light-filled in this f*cking intense world, showing up in ways that feel authentic and accessible.

If you’re new here, it’s wonderful to connect. And if you’re an OG (I’m talking “Relax with Reiki” days)…I freakin’ love ya for still being here.

To be honest…I haven’t felt like posting or sharing much lately. Some days it feels exhausting to try.

Everywhere I seem to turn in the media realm, there is tragedy, anger, hatred and impending doom.

I don’t deny that our world is crumbling underneath us, around us and within us.

I do believe that we MUST hold on to the light, the joy, the glimmers.

So for now, I’ll be soaking up my “Auntie La” era…🤍
