With all of the chaos around us, it is important to remember the peace that resides inside. We started class by calming our nervous system. Then we surrendered to the support of the ground as we connected to our breath. We observed the happening when we let go of control & allowed the breath its freedom.

Too often, we ignore the guidance of the breath & overlook the wisdom held within ✨️✨️

A full house this morning 🥰🥰🥰

I could have never dreamed of a more supportive & authentic Sunday morning!! A morning filled with self-love, self-care, compassion & forgiveness 🫶🏼

We invited our own healing energy through our hands to fill our cup. We tuned into our inner world & listened to what space wasn't quite full yet. Using that wisdom, we realized it's ok (& part of the journey) to find our support system outside of ourselves for when those moments arrive when we need a boost of energy.

It is easy to try and shrink to help people remain small.

But women listen to me,
you are not intimidating,
they are intimidated, and there is a difference.

People who can not stand in their own power will often ask others to lower theirs.

By hiding your shine, you support them in not stepping up in their lives.

Woman, you are beauty, humility, strength, and power.

Hold yourself with pride, hold yourself with grace.

Hold yourself so women that come after you and the ones that came before you know that they need never diminish their power, their beauty, their strength and their shine to make others more comfortable and less offended.

Join Ruth .art & myself THIS FRIDAY for a witches broom workshop!!!

Celebrate the season & step into the magic of crafting your very own handmade witches broom — a symbol of cleansing, protection, and sacred intention. In this workshop, we’ll use natural materials like twigs, sturdy branches, twine, dried flowers, and even dried fruit to weave together brooms that are as beautiful as they are meaningful.

Guided in this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to assemble your broom, while also infusing it with your own intentions—whether for seasonal décor, altar work, or as a symbolic tool for sweeping away stagnant energy.

You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation and perhaps a little more magic woven into your life.

Celebrating being back together this Sunday morning with a beautiful practice 🫶🏼

We trusted the Earth to support our bodies as we surrendered to the presence of our breath. We remembered our birthright that we are not required to hold onto everything. Through breath awareness & humming, we individually let go of whatever each of us is holding onto. We felt into the lightness of letting go & honored the moment with gratitude 🙏🏼

A much needed reminder in this heavy world ❤️
