There is no outdoor yoga at Short Sands, Wednesday July 23rd. Our substitute is no longer available and I am attending my 89 yr old father in-law wedding!!!

It looks like an amazing day for our first FREE yoga, of our 5th season, at Ellis Park, Short Sands, tomorrow at 8:30 am!!!!

So excited to see our summer friends along with our year round friends and any new friends!!!!!

The Summer package and schedule is up and ready. Enter July1st as your start date. Our Ellis Park outdoor yoga starts in June. Sue and I will be teaching every other week in June. There will not be in studio classes on Wednesday’s in June. The full summer schedule begins in July thru September. J ...

On this chilly day, I am dreaming of summer! For the 5th year, A Welcome Haven Yoga is blessed to be able to offer our FREE outdoor yoga once again! Thanks to the Ellis Park Board of Trustees, allowing us to use the space!!!!
