Starting March 9th, A Welcome Haven Yoga is moving to a new, larger home.
Nestled within the serene spa, Green Lead holistic wellness center, right in the heart of our village, this spacious sanctuary has been designed to offer you even deeper levels of peace and stillness.

Transition is more than just a change of address; it is an expansion of our ability to welcome you all. Whether you join us for gentle yoga, chair yoga, kids yoga campe, meditation, yoga dance, breath work, or restorative Reiki sessions, you will find a more accessible and inviting environment tailored to your well-being.

We are growing once again!
We are looking for brand new yoga teachers through seasoned teachers, that want to start teaching classes, in a very small, magical studio in York!

Our typical classes are held Mon-Fri, mornings, however, we are always open to trying new classes or offerings!

🌸✨ Transformation Tuesday? She fell asleep as a dog...but woke up a beautiful flower 🌼

Today we had the absolute pleasure of caring for Faith Marie the Yorkie 💕 She came in for her spay procedure and handled it like a total champ.

Rest up, Faith! You’re blooming beautifully 🌷🐾
