1. Sun protection: Using SPF daily, sun protective clothing, and avoiding strong UV exposure helps prevent sun damage, premature aging and skin cancer.

2. Barrier Care: Keeping your skin hydrated and healthy helps prevent irritation, inflammation and sensitivity.

3. Consistent Maintenance: Regular professional treatments like chemical peels, facials, microneedling, laser, and stress reducing self care helps to keep the skin healthy.

4. Home care: Consistent home care is vital. Making sure you’re using the right products at home is so important in keeping skin at its optimal health.
