A month ago I challenged my team to work with administration and PTOs to provide teachers on-site massage. WHY? Well teachers are a little stressed out this time of year.
We are in at Mountville Elementary tomorrow and Friday providing 15 minute onsite chair massages to the amazing teachers and faculty.

Two weeks ago I was invited to lead a webinar for PA State Council of SHRM.

We discussed the importance of pre-shift stretching, workstation setup, and decreasing repetitive motion injuries. Human Resources is where employee health starts with a company. Now they can add these new tips and tricks to there workplace to promote a positive wellness culture.
