A Matter of Balance is a cognitive restructuring program focusing on thinking about falls differently to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falls.

Who Should Attend?
Anyone age 60 or older, ambulatory and concerned about falls.
Anyone interested in improving balance, flexibility and strength.
Anyone who has fallen in the past
Anyone who has restricted activities because of falling concerns

Classes are free to older adults age 60 and older residing in York County. Classes will help you to maintain your balance and improve your mobility.
