Our Story
Dr. Sheaffer is an Optimal Health & Wellness Chiropractor. He has been taking care of multi-generational families from infants to elderly in the York area, helping families achieve better health and wellness for almost 25 years!
Dr. Sheaffer graduated from York Catholic H.S., York College of PA, and finally Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. He has since taken many additional courses in Wellness, Pediatrics, Pregnancy related conditions, Geriatrics and sports injuries and “The 100 Year Lifestyle.” Dr. Sheaffer is a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (knees, ankles, shoulders, etc.) and is also certified in the Webster Technique. He also has a licensed Massage Therapist in his office.
