Today, the unthinkable occurred. Multiple people were injured at the UPMC facility, and tragically, one lost their life in the line of duty. In times like these, it’s essential to come together as a community—to support one another, to listen, and to be there for those who need to talk.

In the coming weeks, I plan to have meaningful conversations with my staff because feeling safe and comfortable opening up is incredibly important. I encourage you to do the same with your friends and family.
