Want better sleep tonight? Here are four chiropractor-backed tips to help you rest deeper, wake up refreshed, and support your spine while you snooze. 😴💤

⭐️ 1. Choose the Right Mattress
Support = better sleep. The right mattress keeps your spine aligned, reduces pressure on your joints, and helps your body fully relax. Most people sleep best on medium to semi-firm support, adjusting softness with a topper if needed.

⭐️ 2. Sleep in a Spine-Friendly Position
Position matters. Sleeping on your back or side keeps your spine supported and your airways open. Add a pillow under your knees (back sleepers) or between your legs (side sleepers) to reduce pressure and avoid strain.

⭐️ 3. Build a Consistent Bedtime Routine
Your body loves rhythm. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, limit late-night eating and caffeine, and stay active during the day to help your body recover more efficiently at night.

⭐️ 4. Get Regular Chiropractic Care
Alignment = rest. Chiropractic adjustments reduce tension, improve mobility, and help your nervous system function properly — all of which support deeper, higher-quality sleep.
