What is Reiki?

It is a healing practice with the goal to "create a happy life" Reiki is universal Energy. It can be used and may promote healing. I am a conduit you are the driver of this energy. My guide is to bring awareness and help you balance your energy. I am a sender you are the receiver. Modern Science has proven there are vibrational energies. The techniques used in Reiki may possibly lead to wellness in many areas such as health, mental & physical. This is not proven but may be beneficial. In a session Ashley scans the body, placing hands on energy areas of the body to help get the energy moving. A Massage table makes it comfortable and relaxing - music included in background. You relax and close your eyes and take in and reflect as you are in good hands.
