Clary Sage- ♥️One of my favorites, I thought I'd share some info on this wonderful oil. I think it has a similar note to Lavender, some people don't think so 😆 but no matter...it definitely has a calming quality to it.
I make it in an Aromatherapy Spray, available at the "Kindred collection shop" in Columbia. I love it's gentle, scent. It's not over powering and easily blends withmany other essential oils.

- Clary Sage oil's greatest benefit lies in its calming and sedative influence on the nerves and emotions. Also helpful to female functions, kidneys and digestive system.
Calming to nervous system, particularly beneficial to depression,stress, insomnia and deep seated tension.
A beneficial stomach and digestive tonic. Clary sage helps ease colic, abdominal discomfort. Use with a carrier oil for massage on lower back and abdomen. In the bath, with Dead Sea Salts.
Clary Sage possesses tonifying properties to the skin, hair & scalp. It is often found in hair and skin care products.
