Hello! I know everyone loves seeing me busy but also wants a chance to get in my book! I have a few appointments available this week!

Wednesday April 30th at 3:30pm
Thursday May 1st 2pm -4pm

Booking a 30 minute session is enough time for a "focus area". Perhaps your neck or hands could use some therapy.

I find that booking for an hour gives enough time to just reach that mind space of surrendering while enough time to work over the entire body. Where 90 minutes or a 2 hour session will transform how your whole body feels for the rest of the day and how you sleep that night.

My Therapeutic Massage is a combination of modalities for your best experience. While all bodies expirience the sensation of touch differently, my therapeutic massage sessions continue moving your tissues for 3 days after application. As your body accepts the work and you settle into the therapy over the next 5/7/14 days, a mindful client takes note of the "before and after"

The mindful client books ahead, but last minute folks, I got you this week!

What is Structural Integrative Massage? A multi-stage treatment process that works by manipulating and stretching your body's fascia to relieve pain and improve physical function. This is also considered Medical Massage! Your fascia is the connective tissue matrix that covers every bone, muscle, and organ. Does Therapeutic Massage also positively position and affect the facia? Yes. Is it the same? No. My most recent clients have felt astounding improvement in pain and mobility in just ONE session of this work. Structural Integrative Massage replaces my Deep Tissue service. Trust me it’s because I care!!!

What is Applied Oil Therapy? …my take on Young Livings Raindrop Technique. Essential oils hold frequency and have the ability to permeate the skin barrier … therefore balancing our own frequency to that of proper life and homeostasis.
Some have touted this treatment as “natures flu shot” “immune boosting” “chiropractor in a bottle” and so much more. All of our needs are individual and specific can can change with the season, such as allergies or less daylight. No matter where your frequency is need of healing, the oils fill the gaps hormonally, nutritionally, expelling parasites, and supporting your immune system, all on a level of frequency. This service is only offered one day out of the month for my own safety as a provider.

Pain and stress are natural elements of everyday life in our physical bodies, but as the saying goes, it is not the circumstance, it is the action you decide to take and the way we react that defines us.

My profession as a licensed massage therapist has been built my compassion and empathy for people. Meeting them right where they are in their lives, right how they feel in that moment, and joining them in their journey to better connect themselves with their bodies has been insurmountably rewarding. Connecting with genuinely with my clients has grown me in my practice and in the entire spectrum of my life.

I hope all of my clients know by the end of their first massage with me, how much gratitude and appreciation I have for them, that they took their time to build that connection with themselves and the trust they put in me to be part of that journey!
