Let this pic land here as my last “photo of the year”…because my goddess do I bow my head in deep gratitude for this life- for the journey of motherhood and two beautiful souls who chose me to be their mama. The beauty that is found within each day, and each encounter we have.

2025 brought me into a new threshold of motherhood, one that asked more of me than ever before. I witnessed my heart expand beyond its limits, meeting a level of unconditional love that’s transformed me.

And although I energetically align my “new year” or significant “beginnings “ with my birthday and the spring equinox, December 31st holds significant importance and it’s always a god practice to pause and take note of the journey we’ve been on- progress made, lessons learned and fun had.

So however you energetically mark your cycle of life, know that the Universe always gives you exactly what you need in all good timing. Trust in the process and what is meant for you will come for you 💫💫🧡🧡

Infinite blessings of pure joy, abundance and unconditional love..however you ring in your “new year” 🪩🪩💃🏻💃🏻

We have lots to be grateful for and the best present we got was our sweet girl to join our now family of four 🥰

Anchoring into the magic of the season with my littles and this mama heart is incredibly full tonight. ❤️

Brought the energy of my dad along with me today and wore his sweatshirt. He loved a good crewneck 😉 and the blue went with the jammies. Plus we got to spend the day with the best Gaga ❤️❤️core memories made

Current state of affairs… nap trapped and I’m definitely not mad about it 🥹💕

My goddess going from one to two children in the journey of motherhood is r e a l.. it asks you to expand in ways you never knew you could- your heart grows another heart, your patience becomes infinite, you learn to balance like never before- you become a new version of yourself.

And after one intense belly birth, through the physical healing and upleveling into this new body and person I’m becoming, I’m grateful for it all… because after all life is happening for me, I’ve chosen this path on a soul level and am here for each moment.

Soaking in all the snuggles from my last little babe. She is an earth angel 💕

How lucky am I to have birthed two sweet souls into this world- that they chose me as their portal into human form.

Softly and slowly coming into a new version of myself and I’m loving every part of it 🧡

Aww dad, I really miss you. 🧡

Today, we celebrate you in what would have been 68 sun cycles. Your presence is missed dearly, but what I hold precious in my heart today is knowing you got to greet your newest granddaughter before she came to us. 🪽

That’s the power of Spirit and knowing your energetic body will always be a blessing in my life.

What a portal we both just crossed.

Motherhood will expand you in ways you never could have imagined.

Our hearts are bursting as we enter into a new season as a family of four. Dad has been a rockstar and this mama has some deep healing to do now. Big brother has loving welcomed her in and our family is complete.

There’s so much I feel being downloaded right now in all the ways …. I can’t wait to share more and be of service to my womben

But for now I’m anchoring into the sweetness of the newborn stage and honoring the new bond I have with the last soul I bring earthside.

Female friendships make the heart strong- they are the glue in a woman’s life…offering a space to be held and seen by your beloved women friends…and these two beauties here, I’ve been honored to know them since middle school and held deeply by them.

We had a beach day for the books with and and her littles.

Watching our little babes play just makes my heart sing… and in 19 days we’ll add another sweet girl to the mix!

🌹Keep going…healing..growing..ever flowing

The inner work, the deep healing that you awaken to today transcends all generations, past and future.

What greater gift can you give yourself and lineage then self- realizing what energies can stay and what need to be transmuted into the ethers and no longer take up space. The time is now to heal, beautiful soul.

Because if not you, then who?

No one is here to save you. This is the inner work we do as spiritual beings in a human body.

Traumas and glimmers of light are energetic imprints that are passed down from the womb.

Anchor into this for a moment… you beautiful womban were inside your grandmother’s womb when your mom was inside co-creating with her. And your mom- was inside your great grandmother when her beautiful soul was in her mother’s, your grandmother’s womb. Now that’s some magic 🌹

And as a woman, you have the power to heal through your womb, 🔻to open up to this sacred vessel and create the life you desire and deserve.

To create a clear channel you must first step into the awareness of what it is that needs to be healed from your maternal lineage…is it unprocessed grief and trauma from miscarriages, abortion, segual trauma, ancestral pain from blame, shame or oppression, physical womb pain like pelvic issues, menstrual challenges, suppression of deep feminine emotions like rage, sorrow, or longing, a disconnect from pleasure, fear of being seen and heard, or releasing your full expression of creation.

You won’t know until you give yourself the space to go with and listen to your womb 🔻and then awaken to the vitality of life waiting for you.
