🎉 We’re celebrating Jodi Abbott! 🎉
Jodi has been a treasured part of our Jessica & Friends Community family for 4 years and currently serves as a Lead DSP in our Home & Community program. Originally from Arizona, Jodi came to us after faithfully caring for her husband through his illness and loss—a season that clearly shaped her servant heart.
Today, that same love shines through in her dedicated work with four of our precious friends in the Hanover area, who she absolutely adores—and the feeling is completely mutual. They see Jodi as family and especially love the time they spend together out in the community.
Outside of work, Jodi looks forward to her annual trip with her sister—and this year they’re headed to Hollywood, CA! She also cherishes time with her three children and five grandchildren, who bring her so much joy. Jodi’s creative side shines through her love of crafting, especially making greeting cards, and she has beautifully invited our precious friends to help her create cards as part of our Card Ministry—turning creativity into connection and encouragement.
Jodi often shares that when she was handed a Bible at the end of her interview here at Jessica & Friends Community, she knew instantly she was exactly where God wanted her to be. Here, she feels known, valued, and deeply cared for—and we feel incredibly blessed to have her walking out her faith through service each day.
