Very excited to be back at .cobra.yoga to facilitate this cacao ceremony with Nev on Sept 6th!

🪹🍁Harvesting the energies of Corn Full Moon, we will gather over centering practices to ground ourselves into Autumn: the bountiful season of introspection, renewal and fresh beginnings.
Practices and ceremony will include cacao and its sacred plant-spirit, Muladhara-focused meditation (root energy center for safety, stability)Prithvi mudra, and sound.

💥🎼Using a soothing blend of crystal singing bowls, grounding drum rhythms, chimes, and earthy tones, this session will stabilize your energy, calm the nervous system, and anchor you in the present moment. As the vibrations wash over you, you may feel your thoughts settle, your breath deepen, and your spirit re-align with the natural rhythms of the Earth.
