I stopped using tylenol years ago, but when I’ve HAD to it was the dye-free version. In those moments of needing it for my kids i wasnt in the headspace to research alternatives. All I’ve seen on it the past few days is how bad it is, instead of a solution. So can any crunchy mom herbalists point me in the right direction of how we could use these instead? this is not medical advice , throwing it out there while seeking more information
