Megan has been practicing bodywork since 2017, when she first learned Ayurvedic massage during a trip to India — an experience that reshaped her understanding of healing as something deeply connected to presence, breath, and the intelligence of the body.

Over the years, alongside her yoga teaching, Megan’s attention kept returning to the psoas — a central, often misunderstood part of the body that connects the spine to the legs, our heart to our feet. Some call it the messenger of the soul.

Through years of studying this muscle in her own body, her students' bodies, and in mentorship with Liz Koch, Megan now offers a unique one-on-one experience:

✨ Grounding Psoas Bodywork — a gentle, intuitive session to help the body settle and reconnect.

You’ll stay fully clothed, lie on a yoga mat, and be guided through breath, supported shapes, and simple movements. Megan uses her hands and feet to help unwind tension through the whole body — not to manipulate the psoas directly, but to create the conditions for it to rest.

This is subtle, nervous-system-centered work that can bring lasting shifts in how you walk, breathe, and move through your life.

Join Ashtanga teacher & bodyworker Megan Grandinetti and pelvic floor specialist + OT Leanne Markey for a workshop exploring the mystical, often misunderstood pelvic floor—the root of our spine, our movement, and often, our disconnection.

🌀 Leanne brings clinical clarity: what the pelvic floor *is*, how to find it, how to use it with integrity, and how dysfunction often shows up in daily life.
🌀 Megan brings yogic and somatic integration: how to connect breath, movement, and pelvic awareness without gripping, forcing, or getting in your own way.

You’ll leave with:
— A clearer sense of your own body
— Practices for stability + ease
— Tools you can use in everyday life and on the mat

This is for anyone curious about how their body works and how to support it with wisdom and skill.

This event is limited to 12 participants. Beginners and longtime students are all welcome. Register by January 28 to receive a $30 discount using discount code HAPPYPELVIS.

In 2026, we lean into our community more than ever. We exist not just as a studio, but as a space for that effort — for the wondering, the searching, the honest return to the body and breath.

If Sattva has been part of your path… if you’ve found truth, steadiness, or even a glimpse of yourself here, we invite you to share it.

💭 How has your time at Sattva made a difference in your life? Your words help others find their way into the work, into the quiet, into themselves.
