Providing professional counseling support to others is hard. What happens when the professional counselor needs the support? This monthly support group is open to all who serve as professional counselors. We hope that coming together and discussing the ups and downs of counseling will and bouncing ideas off of one another will help ease the stress of the job.

This is a reoccurring monthly meeting that will be held on the 1st Sunday of each month from 4pm to 5pm, so you only need to sign up once!

Schedule your yearly mammogram if you’re 40 or older—or earlier if you have a family history of breast cancer.

Do monthly self-exams to check for any changes.

Talk to your healthcare provider about your personal risk factors.
