Dyani graduated from Dauphin County Technical School in Harrisburg where she earned her Medical Assistant certificate. She has always had a passion for helping others and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference in people’s health and recovery. In her free time, Dyani enjoys running, reading, and learning new recipes to cook.

Denise was born and raised in York, graduating from Central York High School in 1981. She has been a charter member of the Raiders Boosters Club of York for 35 years and has traveled all over the country to watch her team play. You can also find her at a hockey game, whether it’s the Hershey Bears or the Washington Capitals. She also enjoys cooking for family and friends.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT

Ross M. Drawbaugh opened Neff Physical Therapy York in May 2025. He grew up in York County, attending Dover Area High School. In high school Ross was a three-sport athlete and captained the golf, baseball and wrestling teams. He continued his baseball career at Lebanon Valley College while excelling in his physical therapy coursework. Ross received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2019. His passion for physical therapy grew when he required physical therapy to rehab a baseball injury which kept him from the field. His knowledge in spinal mobilizations as well as his personal experiences allows him to effectively treat many different musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders including low back pain, neck pain and vertigo to name a few.
