✨⭐✨Staff Spotlight: Andrea Moodie
Ultrasound expert, superhero, and friendly face at WCC

Meet Andrea Moodie, our Center Director and Ultrasound Sonographer, now in her ninth year with WCC. A self-described morning person, Andrea starts the day with focus and leads her team with respect. If you’ve had an ultrasound appointment with us, there’s a good chance Andrea was the one guiding you through it with a steady presence and a clear explanation of what to expect.

Before moving into ultrasound, Andrea spent many years as a Special Education teacher. That chapter shaped how she shows up today: patient, steady, and ready to meet people where they are. What she enjoys most is being present during pivotal moments and knowing her work can make a lasting difference.

Away from WCC, Andrea spends time with her husband and their German Shepherd puppy, and she likes to get out on the trails with friends. If she could book a trip tomorrow, Germany is next on her list to experience the culture in person. If you see her, ask her about her puppy!

✨ Staff Spotlight: Indhira Garcia ✨

Meet Indhira, one of our wonderful Pregnancy Counselors! For over 8 years, she has walked alongside women and families with compassion, helping clients feel heard, supported, and cared for in both Spanish and English.

Outside of work, Indhira enjoys reading, coloring, singing, and attending her weekly prayer group. One place she would love to visit is the Holy Land, to walk where Jesus walked.

Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Indhira is proud to be part of the WCC family and the welcoming, family-like atmosphere our clients experience here.

**Staff Spotlight — Meet Brenda DelValle!**

Next up we have Brenda DelValle, Counselor here at WCC! In her 9 months with us, Brenda has made a meaningful impact on every client and family she serves. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides accurate, culturally sensitive support to our Latin community, making sure everyone feels heard and understood.

Brenda's greatest joy is giving people hope when they feel hopeless, and she brings empathy and a non-judgmental heart to every interaction. She is guided by the wisdom to *"do what you can, rest when you can,"* and the truth of Psalm 139:13–14 that each person is fearfully and wonderfully made.

When she's not at our center, Brenda loves to read and spend time with her grandkids. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

✨ Staff Spotlight: Maria Marker ✨ Meet Maria, one of our Counselors, who has been serving clients for 2.5 years. A true morning person, Maria enjoys spending her free time with family, especially her grandbabies. She also stays closely involved at her church, serving in the ministry and co-leading a 50’s life group. Thanks to her husband’s 20 years of military service, Maria has moved 28+ times, an experience that has shaped her steady, welcoming heart for others. She loves creating a safe, judgment-free space where women can share their stories, discover their strength, and feel empowered to choose life for their baby. Maria dreams of traveling to Italy and Israel, and lives by this encouragement: “You were created for great things, and you are capable of great things. Never allow others to determine your worth.” Her life goal is simple and powerful: to love others and help them discover their inner strengths and all they can accomplish when they know who they are.
