While the eight limb practice of yoga is not referring to the two arms and two legs that many humans take for granted every day, it is all about teachings that help us live fully in the present moment.

Lately, I haven’t been very good at that.

There’s a whole series of these little Thich Nhat Hanh books.
The first page of this one references the full moon.
Ironically, that’s what I was running to get a better look at when I had this accident.

While there won’t be True North Yoga classes for a while, I’ll be back teaching way before I can do a down dog.
