Larissa brings over 15 years of experience in movement, creating classes that are not only physically empowering, but deeply grounding and healing. Her approach blends strength, breath, and intentional stillness—inviting you to reconnect with yourself on and off the mat.
With a background in vinyasa, yin, hot HIIT, and Reiki, Larissa’s classes offer space for both challenge and release… leaving you feeling balanced, supported, and restored.
