Yoga and Acupressure with Jess Daly

Begins Sunday March 15th at 10 AM

Experience the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine through a beginner friendly vinyasa yoga class infused with acupressure.

This thoughtfully guided flow invites you to explore the body’s energy meridians through intentional movement, breath, and targeted acupressure.
As we move, we’ll work to release stagnation, support organ balance, and stimulate specific points that encourage circulation and regulation within the body.

This monthly offering is designed to deepen your mind–body connection, helping you tune in to subtle sensations and better understand the cues your body is constantly offering—empowering you to participate more fully in your own healing.

Jess Daly is a licensed acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and certified yoga teacher who is passionate about helping others reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies.

Nourishment is not just about how we show up to care for ourselves but also in the words and thoughts we use to talk to ourselves.

In our March Women’s Circle, we take the time to really LOVE on ourselves from the inside out! 😌

We will incorporate gentle self massage with essential oils, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation and intentional art.
We will not only nurture the woman you are today but through our meditation and art, we will focus on connecting with your inner child-giving her the love and attention that she deserves!

And of course end with Tea and circle time!
I will be offering journaling prompts to the group which we will then discuss in a round table, soulful conversation.

Our first monthly Women’s Circle was nothing short of magic ✨✨✨

Each flame in the circle represented the individual inner divine light, while the flame in the center, represented the divine light that connects as all 🕯️

We danced with our demons and called back our power with howls let out into the night…

It was powerful and yet so intimate 🥀

Many women stepping out of their comfort zone and yet finding it to be EXACTLY where they needed to be

I am truly humbled and blessed to be able to bring together such incredible souls in sacred and meaningful ceremony 💞
