Our first monthly Women’s Circle was nothing short of magic ✨✨✨

Each flame in the circle represented the individual inner divine light, while the flame in the center, represented the divine light that connects as all 🕯️

We danced with our demons and called back our power with howls let out into the night…

It was powerful and yet so intimate 🥀

Many women stepping out of their comfort zone and yet finding it to be EXACTLY where they needed to be

I am truly humbled and blessed to be able to bring together such incredible souls in sacred and meaningful ceremony 💞

Join Maria this Wednesday New Year’s Eve for a special Gentle Flow and Guided Mediation to guide you into the Year Of the Horse!

This will be an inviting and soothing BEGINNER FRIENDLY flow

A combination of holding postures and stretches, moving the body at a slow and easy pace, meditation and mindful breathing will have you feeling soothed, relaxed and purely in the present moment.

We will flow and stretch in a way that works for your body.

At the end of class you will be guided into a deeper state of meditation, using the breath, mantras, mudras or visualizations.

Another SOLD OUT EVENT! 🌟

DRIFT was a beautiful evening of rest and relaxation 😌
I was so deep in relaxation mode that I didn’t take any videos or pics during our event but those who were there can testify to how fabulous and deeply rested we all felt when getting ready to head home!

Thank you to the lovely for sharing your beautiful energy with the community!

It’s easy to see from PIC #2 that you left us all feeling lighter and clearer after a hectic and often heavy holiday season!

From our Winter Solstice Meditation during Saturday mornings Pure Gentle Flow and Guided Meditation at 9:30 ❄️

Winter solstice is the longest night of the year
It ushers us into the deepest part of winter
It invites us to sit and be comfortable in the darkness,
Be comfortable in the stillness and the purity and calm that is embodied by the winter season
This invitation allows us to go within the deepest parts of ourselves without fear without worry, and with a deep sense of trust

You might imagine yourself now, bundled up sitting inside of a small cozy cave facing the outside world.
You are gazing upon a beautiful evergreen forest
The snow begins to fall
This serene setting beckons you to be comfortable in the darkness, comfortable in the silence and to bear witness to the blanket of calm that covers the land

We start to now focus on the breath
Inhaling and exhaling at a slow and mindful pace
Inhaling Fully and Exhaling Completely
And we bring in our mantra…
I inhale trust and I exhale fear from my body

Trusting that in this stillness,
in this time of extended darkness, is where we find the truth within ourselves

I inhale trust and exhale fear from my body 🙏🏼
