Kristy’s life mission has been creating an innovative center for collective healing and community. To date, thousands of families have received support through individual coaching, empowerment groups, wellness retreats, and classes and workshops. Kristy regularly consults with schools, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and retreat centers. As a certified Mindfulness in Schools Project leader, Kristy has spent the past decade bringing her wellness initiatives into private and public schools, as well as homeschool communities to support students, teachers, administrators, and parents. Kristy is frequently invited to speak locally and nationally about topics such as rebirth of parents, mindfulness for children, mindful parenting, empowerment and resilience for children and teens, health and wellness for families, meditation and spiritual development. Kristy has also created a professional development mentorship for aspiring healers and world servers. She has a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and School Psychology from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude from Fordham University. Kristy is the author of Rewilding: A Woman’s Quest to Remember Her Roots, Rekindle Her Instincts, and Reclaim Her Sovereignty. Through her passion for storytelling, both oral and written, she coaches others in excavating their own stories through journaling and other practices as they navigate their healing journeys. Kristy frequently writes blogs, collections of poetry and articles for various print and online publications.
