Helping women learn to enjoy working out and becoming a healthier version of themselves! In 2014, I set out to be on the preventative side of healthcare.

I ran 2 successful bootcamp classes at my local gym and began a fitness program in my hospital. Unfortunately that journey was cut short, when I tore my labrum while pregnant and required hip surgery. After 5 years of rehab, I'm back and determined to help women find their strength through exercise. I help busy moms make health and fitness realistic. I am a mom of two inspiring girls, a wife, a caregiver, a nurse and a nurse educator. Now, I want to be your online trainer!
