We are a female veteran-owned wellness & design center helping you create your most beautiful & life.

Per the Governor's guidelines, we are open for both online therapy and in-person professional counseling sessions as an essential business. This free of cost group for adults is confidential, in-person at our Yorktown location, and closed after the registration deadline of Fri. Oct. 3.
Through a blend of psychoeducation, reflective activities, and group support, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Build emotional awareness
- Create customized stress coping tools
- Strengthen boundaries & self-care
- Design a forward-looking wellness plan
