Heather is a Licensed Resident in Counseling in Virginia and a graduate of William & Mary's Military & Veterans Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She is passionate about creating a safe space for people to grow and become the best versions of themselves. She works in-person and online with individuals aged 15 & up. Her style blends Person-Centered Therapy, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychotherapy & Narrative Therapy. Additionally, if clients request it, she can also provide Christian Counseling.
She brings a caring and collaborative approach to helping clients with:
