Our center is located in Yorktown, Virginia - a place known for its waterfront charm and rich, battlefield history. You'll find us just down the road from several major hospitals in the area including Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital.

Step inside our center and you will find a welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces around every corner. We offer comfortable, modern gathering spaces, Wi-Fi throughout the building, and bright, well-lit rooms. Our state-of-the-air rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the most advanced rehabilitation equipment, ensuring a successful road to recovery.

We have been proudly serving patients from Yorktown, Seaford, Grafton, Newport News, and beyond since 1989.
