It’s almost the end of 2023! I don’t know about you, but it was certainly a challenging year. Each year I process the year by listening to Yoga Girl’s free podcast where she provides journaling prompts. (Link ⬇️)

I then set my intentions for the year ahead. 🎉 So often I get on the “new year, new me” bandwagon and never ever achieve what I set out to achieve. Why?!

🦋Well…I don’t hold myself accountable and I seem to always set it in my journal and forget about it.

🪽it seems each year there is a big curveball sent my way that diverts 💯 of my attention and I jump off the tracks.

😇and…as strong as my relationships are with the angels, I often doubt my worthiness of achieving my dreams.
